Shipping Policy

Because items are created when ordered, the shipping time may take a little longer than other companies who have items already in stock. Usually you will receive your order within a week or two. However, sometimes there are minor delays because of the current pandemic. Thank you for understanding. For more information, please email info@oddhand.com.

Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within four weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you would like to file a claim, please email info@oddhand.com.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations will only be allowed if you cancel your order before we have started processing it. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. If you choose to exchange a product for a different size, the original item must be returned within four weeks and in brand new condition. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
